WhatsApp.
The line our regular guests use. Photos, voice notes, snow reports, last-minute changes — all welcome. Replies usually within minutes during business hours, within an hour overnight.
Open WhatsApp →The first contact with Snowtailors is, deliberately, never an automated form. It is a phone call, a WhatsApp message, or a properly written email — answered, in every case, by a human being who knows the mountain and who will be involved, one way or another, in your week here.
Below are the four channels we use, in descending order of speed. Pick whichever suits you. We answer every one of them, every day, from December to April, and most days outside the season too.
Each channel has its rhythm. The fastest is WhatsApp. The most considered is email. The most useful, for a serious enquiry, is the phone.
The line our regular guests use. Photos, voice notes, snow reports, last-minute changes — all welcome. Replies usually within minutes during business hours, within an hour overnight.
Open WhatsApp →The right channel for a longer enquiry — a multi-family week, an off-piste programme, a press request. We answer every email within twenty-four hours, often within four.
snowtailors@gmail.com →Available 24/7 throughout the winter season. Antoine answers most calls personally; outside business hours an instructor on duty answers in his place. We speak English, French, Russian and Spanish.
+33 6 11 87 05 68 →If you already know the dates, the resort and the people skiing, the form on our booking page captures everything we need. You will still be answered by a human, just with the right information in front of them.
Plan your week →For requests that fall outside a standard booking, the same email address routes the message to the right person inside the house.
Editorial requests, interview proposals, image licensing, fact-checks. Please mark your email Press in the subject line — it routes the message to the editorial side directly. Reply within forty-eight hours.
snowtailors@gmail.com — Press →If you are a hotel concierge, a chalet manager or a private travel agent, please address your enquiry to Antoine directly — he handles every partner relationship personally and answers in confidence.
Speak to Antoine →Snowtailors hires only ENSA-certified instructors with at least eight years of teaching experience and at least two languages. If that is you, write to us with a short note and a season's reference. We read everything.
Apply →Snowtailors does not operate a high-street office. Our home is the village of Val Thorens — at 2 300 metres, the highest ski station in Europe — and our days are spent on the lifts and in the chalets of the 3 Valleys. For an in-person meeting, we suggest the lobby of one of our partner hotels, the Pashmina or Altapura, where we keep a regular working presence throughout the season.
Outside the season, we travel between client visits — Paris in autumn, London in early winter, Moscow and Madrid on request. If you would prefer to meet us before booking, we are happy to arrange a coffee in any of those cities; mention it in your first email.
December 6th 2026 — April 26th 2027.
Phone, WhatsApp and email answered seven days a week, including public holidays. Bookings can be confirmed any day of the week.
May to November.
Email and WhatsApp answered Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Paris time. Phone calls returned the same day where possible, the next morning otherwise.
Every enquiry that reaches us — by phone, by WhatsApp, by email — is logged and assigned to one person before lunch on the day it arrives. Our committed maximum reply time is twenty-four hours. Our actual median reply time during the 2025–2026 season was two hours and forty minutes. WhatsApp messages are usually answered faster.
If, for any reason, you have not heard from us within a working day, please do not hesitate to call: it almost certainly means a message has been mis-filed at our end, and we will want to fix it immediately.
A note on language. Our default reply language is the language of your message. We have a French desk, an English desk, a Russian-speaking instructor on duty most evenings, and a Madrid-trained instructor for Spanish-language correspondence. Should you wish to be answered in a particular language, simply mention it in the first line of your enquiry; the message will be routed accordingly. Our written replies are usually proofread before being sent — what reaches you should read as if it had been written by a native speaker with a particular fondness for skiing in the right weather.
