Christmas, New Year and February school weeks book out 60 days in advance. Other periods 14 days minimum.

Flexibility on dates?

Cancellation policy 7 days or more before arrival : full refund. Between 3 and 7 days : 50% refund. Less than 3 days : non-refundable. A 30% deposit secures your booking.
